Harley Donoghue

Harley Donoghue is the Founder and Managing Director of HD Physiotherapy and the Owner and Managing Director of Physiomedic. A qualified Sports Physiotherapist, Harley holds a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University (ACU) and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is passionate about helping people move well, recover from injury, live pain-free, and perform at their highest potential.

Throughout his career, Harley has gained extensive clinical and high-performance sporting experience, with each role contributing to the clinician and leader he is today. He has worked as a Physiotherapist with the Waratahs Academy and supported athletes across both elite and development pathways through Hockey NSW. He currently serves as the Head Physiotherapist at The Scots College, where he oversees athlete management, injury rehabilitation, and performance programs.

Alongside leading HD Physiotherapy, Harley is the Owner and Managing Director of Physiomedic, a specialist medical services provider delivering experienced physiotherapists, paramedics, sports medics, and event medical teams to sporting organisations, festivals, and major events across Australia. Under his leadership, Physiomedic continues to expand its reputation for delivering high-quality medical coverage and healthcare services.

Most recently, Harley has served as the Pathways Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, supporting emerging athletes as they progress into elite-level rugby league. At the end of 2025, Harley stepped into an exciting new opportunity as the Head Physiotherapist for the Wests Tigers Women's NRL team, providing expert care and performance support to athletes competing at the highest level of women's rugby league.
