Get to know Harley
Harley Donoghue is the founder and head practitioner at HD Physiotherapy. A qualified Sports Physiotherapist, Harley has completed his Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at ACU and holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is dedicated to helping people move well, live pain-free, and perform at their best.
Harley has had an extensive career already within a short time, taking fundamental steps that have shaped him into the clinician he is today. Harley has gained extensive clinical and sporting experience through his work as a Physiotherapist with the Waratahs Academy and through his involvement with Hockey NSW, where he has supported athletes across high-performance and development pathways. He is currently the Head Physiotherapist at The Scots College, overseeing athlete management, rehabilitation, and performance programs.
He is also the joint owner of Physiomedic, a company committed to providing highly trained paramedics, medics, and sports physiotherapists for events, festivals, and sporting teams. Most recently, Harley has taken on the role of Pathways Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, supporting developing athletes as they progress into elite-level sport.
Physiotherapy is a true passion for Harley. His work is centred on helping individuals move better, recover efficiently, and return to the activities they love. Harley leads a team of highly trained practitioners at HD Physiotherapy who pride themselves on delivering convenient, comfortable, and high-quality care to clients across Sydney.
